BioInformatics Support Request

There has been a substantial growth in the use of high-throughput molecular technologies in cancer research within the Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. In response to the growing need for bioinformatics support, the Cancer Center has dedicated one bioinformatician (Vasu Punj, Ph.D.) to serve exclusively Cancer Center investigators in experimental design, analysis and interpretation of high-throughput molecular data. The bioinformatics support ranges in scope from simple consultations to more in-depth collaborations, depending on the nature of the required assistance. In addition, Dr. Punj will also assist Cancer Center investigators in developing bioinformatics components in grants application and drafting manuscripts.
